Eligible candidates must submit the application form and return it, together, with all required documents as a complete application package via mail or courier service only. No separate emails of documents will be accepted. New students must also submit a copy of their letter of acceptance from the college or graduate school they plan to attend. Returning students must submit a copy of their enrollment verification form for the upcoming academic year. A complete application package containing the application and all supporting documents must be mailed together and postmarked no later than May 31, 2025.
