COVID-19 Vaccination Clinic

Agape Center Family Worship Center

  • Registration is closed.

  • Limited Walk-in’s will be taken on Saturday June 5th.

  • Be sure to arrive early. Vaccinations start at 8 am.

Agape Family Worship Center is pleased to partner with RWJB Health Connect and RWJUH-Rahway to provide FREE COVID-19 vaccines on site at Agape in June.  This program is open to Agape members, guests and the surrounding community. It’s important to note that all individuals aged 12 and older are eligible for COVID-19 vaccines, regardless of immigration or insurance status. The Pfizer vaccine will be administered, which requires 2 doses, spaced 3 weeks apart.  So you must be able to return 3 weeks after your first dose to receive the second dose.

This is such a great opportunity for our community and remember that widespread vaccination is key to ending the pandemic.

For those that registered on Eventbrite, you were sent a link via email and text from RWJBARNABAS Health CONNECT to pick your appointment by day & time. If you haven’t selected your appointment, be sure to do that on 6/3.

Vaccination Clinic Schedule:

1st Dose

  • Saturday, June 5 from 8am – 12pm

  • Sunday, June 6 from 12pm – 2pm

2nd Dose

  • Saturday, June 26 from 8am – 12pm
