As we continue to improve our online experience, we have upgraded our streaming experience. This change will allow our online family to stream services on Facebook Live, YouTube Live, and Agapecenter.org/live.

To our Facebook and YouTube audience, sign in to your accounts to view our services during our scheduled times, and the service will be available. (Links are below)

To our Livestream family, join us on our new streaming link—Agapecenter.org/live to view and engage with us during service. We recommend logging on 5 minutes before service. Then follow these brief instructions to participate in the chat:

2. In the top right corner, sign up after prompted.
3. Then fill out a brief form and view service.
4. If you do not see the prompt, attempt to write a comment and press enter.
5. You’ll be asked to “enter a name to chat.”
6. Shortly after, you will be invited to sign up for the chat.

 

Signing up allows our team to serve you more efficiently. You are more than a number watching. You are an essential member that makes Agape a fantastic church home. Event Details
  • There is a limit of 2 families per vehicle. 

  • Please clear out vehicle trunk prior to arrival to make room for food boxes.

  • Refrigerate any perishable items shortly after distribution.

  • Event will take place rain or shine.

July 3

Body Weight Toning and Low Impact Cardio with Michelle

This class will provide exercises that focus on building lean muscle using body weight only.  The class will also focus on low impact, high energy exercises to improve cardiovascular fitness without adding impact to joints.

July 10

Bootcamp with John

This class is a fun mixture of  aerobic and strength training exercises with intervals of agility and speed drills.  It uses timed bursts of intense activity alternated with intervals of lighter activity.

This class is a fun mixture of  aerobic and strength training exercises with intervals of agility and speed drills.  It uses timed bursts of intense activity alternated with intervals of lighter activity.

July 24

Kickboxing / HITT with Michelle

This class combines kickboxing with HIIT training (high-intensity interval training) that alternates short bursts of a higher intensity exercise with low-intensity recovery periods.

What Do I Really Need to Know About the Challenge?

  • Registration period is between June 13 – July 16
  • 45 Day Challenge Period is July 18 – August 31
  • Open to church members, families, friends, other churches, and our surrounding communities.
  • Focused on holistic transformation – spirit, soul & body
  • Participants will select one activity to focus on in each category and will also select the appropriate level (Beginner, Intermediate, or Advanced)
  • Challenge prizes and special give-aways will be distributed at the Wellness Experience & Awards Ceremony on September 11
  • Teams (1st, 2nd, & 3rd Place Prizes)
  • Individual (1st, 2nd, & 3rd Place Prizes) – Adults & Teens
  • Special Awards for Highest Improvement in Health Metrics

How Do I Register A Team?

LEADER

Identify a team captain

COMPLETE DETAILS

Once confirmed, the team captain needs to complete their own registration first so they’re setup in the system

EMAIL

Once completed, they will receive a Thank You email with a link included to develop a team.

MORE INFO

The team captain will use the link to setup the team. Once in the system, the captain will be prompted to enter email addresses for all of their prospective team members. Once done, the system will automatically send out email invites to all prospective team members.

COMPLETE REGISTRATION

Once the invites are received via email by the prospective team members, they should follow the instructions in the email to join the team, including ensuring they are registered for the challenge.

Circuit Training with Fee King

This class involves endurance training, resistance training, high-intensity aerobics, and exercises performed in a series of circuits. It targets strength building and muscular endurance.

June 12

Zumba Fitness with Jenel Cobb

This class combines Latin and international music with dance moves. Zumba routines incorporate interval training — alternating fast and slow rhythms — to help improve cardiovascular fitness.

June 19

Bootcamp with John McClure

This class is a fun mixture of aerobic and strength training exercises, with intervals of agility and speed drills. It uses timed bursts of intense activity alternated with intervals of lighter activity.

June 26

Chair Cardio with Michelle Foreman

This class has all the benefits of a standard cardio class, but with reduced pressure on your joints. You will work your arms, legs, and abs, while you challenge your cardiovascular system. This class is perfect for active agers, those new to exercise or recovering from an injury. Experienced exercisers will also get a great workout with up-level options. Great class for all levels.
